We chose to use battery operated tea lights instead of the edison bulbs. Adam carmichael from santa cruz bible church in santa cruz brings us these light poles. So we scaled the heart up to the size we wanted in order to fill the stage which ended up being about 14 feet tall. Jady griffin jadygriffin and blanton lewis from antioch community church in waco tx bring us this projection backdrop with some hanging edison bulbs.

The inspiration for this set came from some cool live band sets they ve seen around the web vertical church band bon iver etc where bulbs were attached to pipes and arranged at various depths around the stage and band members. Tea lights fit perfectly into the 1 5 holes you drill in. As it turns out it gives a really soft glow on stage. We went with edison bulbs for a vintage look and more of a warm amber hue.
