The boiler s automatic filling system controlled by the pressure reducing valve should maintain the proper water level at 12 to 15 psi of pressure.

If there is no pressure reducing valve you can manually feed the boiler by opening up the water feed valve until the boiler pressure reaches 12 psi.
If your electric boiler is not working and you ve got no running hot water or the water isn t heating up it might be an easy fix that doesn t require a plumber.
Gas water heaters have a gas burner that heats the water from below the tank.
Disconnect the wire and open the thermostat if its not heating the water or not automatically stop after heating.
Problems with little or no heat usually are caused by a failed heating element an inexpensive part that is relatively easy to replace.
